I remember about a year or 2, when i was in tears about something i can’t recall. Someone very close to me said this to me and it still echoes in my head till this very day, Truly amazing advise. :
“But Sarah, I want you to remember something. Life’s always going to be unfair. And just remember that even if both of your parents, your only dependance, dropped down dead right in front of you right now, it STILL wouldn’t be the end of the world. Life would move on. And as Muslims, which I’m sure you know already, we have to over come anything we face. So smile like you normally do. You were the one who always told me that with every difficulty will come ease. Now show to me that you mean it.”
